This theme currently contains shortcodes for text styling. This is not optimal since shortcodes belong to the plugin territory. That’s why we created a new plugin for you. WordPress Text Effect Shortcodes plugin brings you blink, scroll, code, and rainbow effects and more is on the works.
Since this plugin is now dedicated for text effect shortcodes the support of blink and scroll codes will be dropped in upcoming versions of the Back to The 90s Retro WordPress Theme™.
So install this plugin and you’re ready to use cool text effects now and in future.
Pro-tip: Since version 1.0.4 Back to The 90s Theme also supports shortcodes in the titles.
